THE BISHOP'S MESSAGE
KINGDOM EVANGELISM
FEBRUARY 15, 2026

Kingdom evangelism is not only the prerogative of the evangelism team of the church, while the rest of believers sit and watch a few persons reach out to the unsaved. Every
believer should do the work of evangelism, as this is the mission of the Church, to get the unsaved to come to faith, believing on the Lord Jesus Christ.

“And Jesus went throughout all cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. Matt. 9:35 What Jesus was doing here, is a guide to us His followers, how we should operate. We should not allow the walls of our Churches to hinder us from going to where people are:- where they live, where they work, where they do business. Jesus took His disciples, into their communities, and met people where they were.

Many have shifted the work of evangelism, not just on a team of believes who are passionate about soul winning, but more pointedly have shifted the tasks and responsibilities on their pastors “ Pastor will do this, Pastor must do this, it is his work!” Why have we allowed the devil to silence us as believers in this great work of telling others about Christ. We wait for people to come to us, and when they do not come, we feel demotivated and disgruntled. The call is upon us to “Go!”
Such a call is for you and for me, as long as you are called by God, you are now enrolled to go and tell. This is what Romans 10:14-15 says, “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.”

The Gospel of the Kingdom is good news worth telling. We must defy the evil one and the bad news that are so pervasive in our culture, and let others know that Jesus is the answer to mankind’s dilemma. There is a world to rescue, “For God so loved, the world that He gave, His one and only Son, that whoever believes on Him should not perish, but have eternal life.” Can you, will you, spread this message today?
